Kirkland Start Fresh
The Kirkland Start Fresh project tells the story of a Texas couple who found themselves transplanted to Seattle for work, eager to make a home in the Pacific Northwest. They purchased a house in Kirkland that, while full of potential, lacked character and modern appeal. The outdated facade was transformed by adapting the existing roofline to a sleek mid-century modern aesthetic, adding charm and sophistication to the property. This remodel not only gave the home a fresh identity but also significantly increased its value. The result is a well-executed, cost-smart project that demonstrates how thoughtful design can make a big impact.
