The Shoreline Contemporary is a remodel that brought a dated home into the modern era with thoughtful design and optimized functionality. Studio Esteva was tasked with reimagining an underutilized area adjacent to the kitchen and living room, giving it purpose and optimization of the space. The redesign delivered a spacious master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a stunning five-piece bathroom. Additionally, a stylish guest bathroom was added to serve the social areas. This project strikes a perfect balance between contemporary aesthetics and practical solutions, resulting in a refreshed, elegant home.
